Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • It should be in its original packaging.

Exclusions:

  • Fan bodies that have been dropped.
  • Blades that have been bent.
  • Fans that have been used.
  • Products damaged by over-voltage.
  • Fans with circuit repairs attempted by the customer.

If your item meets the eligibility criteria for a return, you may choose from the following options:

  1. Replacement: Request a replacement if applicable.
  2. Repair: We will repair and dispatch the product back to you within 5-7 days.

Note: Refunds are not offered unless deemed a special case by our team.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Shipping Returns
