5-Year Repair Warranty
- Inverter fan motors are covered for 5 years from the purchase date.
- Includes internal components, remotes, and Motor Controllers.
- Manufacturing faults are eligible for replacement within 10 days of purchase.
Warranty Exclusions
- Damage from accidents, negligence, or customer mishandling.
- Motor burnout due to voltage fluctuations or water seepage.
- Breakage of physical parts is not covered.
- VOID: Connection to a Dimmer immediately voids all warranties.
How to Claim
- Warranty cards must be completed, signed, and stamped by an authorized dealer.
- Cards with overwriting or cutting will not be accepted.
- Claims for non-repairable faults require authorized service provider approval.
